This program is designed for individuals (MEN AND WOMEN) who want to learn more about functional strength training. Our team will coach and empower you to achieve personal goals mental and physical. This plan is not designed to focus on your imperfections, but to help you get/stay healthy and build strength for longevity.
The Sweat It Off program will help you build a lifestyle that is sustainable and realistic for your life. We want you to remember that fitness is bigger than what the eye can see. Everyday is an obstacle course from our own families to careers and we have a choice to overcome those things with taking better care of our health.

Home Workouts
- A selection of 30-45 minute workouts
- Workouts provided weekly (3-5 workouts per week)
- Each exercise explained in detail
- Equipment needed for workouts consist of yoga mat, jump rope, dumbbells (5lb. – 25lbs), and SWEAT IT OFF bands
Gym Workouts
- A selection of 45-60 minute workouts
- Workouts provided weekly (3-5 workouts per week)
- Each exercise explained in detail
- You will utilize equipment that is found in your local gym and SWEAT IT OFF bands

This GLUTE TRAINING PROGRAM is designed for all women of all ages and body types. During these 30 days you will properly increase your strength, learn proper technique, and tone your mid/lower body into shape.
